3D CAD & Printing for Model Railways, mainly for 7mm Scale.
2020 Lockdown gave me the chance to return to 3D CAD & 3D printing after a gap of 6 years. Its for my own enjoyment.
Its been great to get back to Designing parts again. Purchasing my own 3D printer for higher quality parts.
Mainly for my Home Layouts, the Collyweston to Irwil Town Light railway and Hardleigh-A-Station.
If you would like any of the 3D Parts shown for your own modelling I can provide a price for you.

2024 Using my 3D CAD system to produce parts on my own 3D Printer is an easy way to get the parts I needed.
All parts are designed and assembled on 3D CAD prior to a test print being made.
The Time spent cleaning the 3D print is now minimal compared with a few years ago.
Easy to remove the small pips left by the support structure. then an assembly is made using adhesive.
Painting with Grey primer as a first quick coat, then followed by any Acrylic paints, I do use flow enhancer to help with the Acrylic paint, rather than water.
